October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our Community Outreach Committee (COC) chairperson, Erika George spearheaded our annual fundraiser by selling shirts. All proceeds were donated to the American Cancer Society on behalf of our union. Members also participated in the Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk at Jones Beach.
